Complaints

Members of the public may visit our office to file a complaint regarding any conduct by housing developers that may be detrimental to purchasers or the public interest, including unreasonable delays in project implementation, failure to fulfil obligations, or other related matters.

Please ensure that you bring all relevant documents pertaining to the complaint, together with your identity card for identification purposes, when visiting our office.
